Shanghai East Asia Futures Co., Ltd(EAF)

In 2004, the company succeeded in purchasing Shanghai East Asia Futures Co., Ltd(EAF). Shanghai East Asia is one of the earliest futures companies in China. As the futures industry grew bigger and bigger, the company accumulated rich experience and gathered a group of “specialized, professional, dedicated” talented people in management and client service. The management in the company is in compliance with standardized rules with great honesty. The company provides investors with services of trades, delivery, clearing, and mortgage in great detail. The company helped producers, consumers, merchants as well as individual and institutional investors to trade futures and hedge, leading to a good result.

 Since 2005, the after-tax profit of the EAF has increased by more than 80% average per year, which brings constant and stable yield to the company. The clients of the company are overall profitable while the profitable clients are more than 50% of all the clients for the recent three years. We have achieved a win-win situation for the company and the clients. By the end of 2012, EAF ranked 60^th in the nation (100 for Compliance, 1^st in the capabilities of cost management, 3^rd in the net assets income ratio). EAF got a prize for the advancement in the annual meeting of Shanghai Futures Exchange.

 EAF owns a research team of about 20 people, half of whom have overseas education background. The company spends millions on the research every year: purchasing Bloomberg, Wind Consulting System, subscribing consulting service of research institutes home and abroad. We send our analysts to the industry chain to learn and exchange thoughts, building our own database and analytical models, which involve rich data in macroeconomics, stock index futures, non-ferrous metal, energy and chemical industry, and farm produce.

The Chongqing, Chengdu, and Beijing branches were established during 2012 and 2013. We will open other branches in Shenzhen and the Jiang-Zhe area to expand the influence of the company. The shareholders of the company plan to raise capital to 300 million RMB to lay a good foundation of broking business, investment consulting and financial management in the future.
